Exercise is great for everybody not minding the sex,age and background. now considering those who go to their offices,or place of work there are simple exercise you can do to help reduce stress load.
now Saturday mainly is a rest day why not use it ,in case you spend your week working,think about it and how you would feel after engaging your self and mind in some simple exercise.
