A corps member identified as Udeme Monday has reportedly died from diarrhea at the Batch 'B' National Youth Service Corps orientation camp in Zamfara state.
Daily Post News reported that Monday had a First Class degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
He died on Thursday, December 1, 2016.
A friend of the deceased, Victor Jerry Emah, who mourned the death of the corps member wrote on Facebook:
“I should have known… I should have paid more attention to what you were saying. Your body, spirit and soul rejected that posting.
"I should have had the powers to relocate you. I should have listened closely… All is not well Ukeme Monday don’t tell me that!"
His demise follows a recent passing of a female corps member, Oladepo Ifedolapo, who died at the Kano orientation camp.
