Buhari : Trump invites President to White House, ready to cut new deal with Nigeria

Trump also commended Buhari for his efforts on the rescue 24 of the abducted Chibok school girls and the strides being taken by the Nigerian military.

US President Donald Trump has invited President Muhammadu Buhari to the White House.

The invitation came during a telephone conversation between the two Presidents on Monday, February 13.

Buhari spoke to Trump from London where he is observing a medical vacation.
"President Trump also invited President Buhari to Washington at a mutually convenient date," President's spokesman, Femi Adesina, confirmed in a statement released on Monday.
